A Spiritual Cleanse or Limpia is a shamanic rite in which energy is removed, exchanged and revitalized. It's a form of self-care towards our energy. The Aura is the projection of our energy and it's continuously changing according to our current situation, mood, influences and much more. When there's a leak* of energy in our aura layers or an excess of energy being drained, it causes an imbalance between our spiritual and physical body. If you're feeling overwhelmed by your own energy then it might be time to cleanse it. A spiritual cleanse will help release anything that no longer serves you so that you can continue with your journey without that burden. I hand select the spiritual items that will be used for your limpia according to your energy making it a uniquely tailored experience.
